Scott Air Force Base is home to more than 14,000 personnel including active-duty military and civilians. Many major units are stationed at Scott Air Force Base including the 18th Air Force, the Air Mobility Command and Air Force Communications Agency and the U.S. Transportation Command. Other major units stationed Scott Air Force Base include the Air National Guard refueling wing and the Defense Information Systems Agency.
